I've communicated with several "sales" associates trying to place a team order for custom uniforms and it's been ***. I was having technical issues with the uniform builder and was told i had to use Google chrome so i did that.

Same issues. I was then told it sometimes doesn't work with mobile. Really? Wow.

Allot of not knowing how to help your costumers i see. I was also told i couldn't place an order until i went through a cpu or laptop. I did that. Same issue.

Waited 20 minutes for my order to process and it never did. Called back and was told it was my Wi-Fi, data service, whatever, and was told i couldn't get an estimate e.t.a on order until I PAID IN FULL and at that point it would be 2-4 days AFTER i paid before I'd get a date. Ummmm... Anyone that's ever ordered for teams knows how important those e.t.a dates are.

Little to no conversation was had without the order being PAID IN FULL. So, poor I.T, poor customer service, ridiculous how only certain devices and browser's can access the website features.

Discrepancies on price per and ink policy. If you're looking for easy and helpful I'd recommend another company that's been doing custom longer with more of a user friendly customer service and website.
